About The Position

Bering Global Solutions provides network and systems administration; enterprise architecture and resource planning; email operations; certification and accreditation; software design, programming, implementation & testing; maintenance of telecommunications and land mobile radio equipment and systems; help desk support; and IT transformation services. Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 2-5 years’ experience
  • Knowledge of Maximo
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Word
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing environments, and apply new knowledge effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and prioritize incoming service requests from customers.
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians based on urgency, location, skill set, and availability.
  • Monitor technician schedules and make real-time adjustments as needed.
  • Communicate service updates, arrival times, and work status to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of work orders, service calls, and customer interactions.
  • Coordinate emergency and after-hours service requests when required.
  • Track completion of service jobs and ensure proper documentation.
  • Assist with invoicing, parts ordering, and administrative support as needed.
  • Performs a variety of warehousing duties that require an understanding of the establishment's storage plan.
  • Work involves most of the following: verifying materials (or merchandise) against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages, Rout materials to prescribed storage locations; storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods, rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials.
  • This worker may operate hand power trucks in performing warehousing duties or operating forklift.
