About The Position

The Service Operations Warehouser prepares products such as Lay’s, Doritos, and Cheetos for delivery, helping keep the supply chain running. The role involves loading, moving, and preparing products in a fast-paced, hands-on workplace, with much of the day spent lifting, bending, and moving product. On-the-job instruction includes hands-on and classroom training. Forklift operation follows company-provided training and certification.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Work on weekends, holidays, and off shifts.
• Lift 15 to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Stand and walk for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be willing and able to work at heights using ladders or lifts to access areas of the plant.
• Be willing and able to work in extreme temperatures, humidity, and areas with hazardous or loud equipment and slippery surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload pallets and individual cases to and from trailers.
• Pick appropriate cases according to orders using required technology.
• Safely operate a forklift after completing provided training and obtaining certification.
• Load trailers using carts or stack cases on the floor of a truck trailer.
• Maintain general housekeeping and complete specific sanitation tasks as required.
