About The Position

The Service Operations Warehouser prepares products such as Lay’s, Doritos, and Cheetos for delivery, helping maintain the supply chain for the communities served. The role involves loading, moving, and preparing products in a fast-paced, hands-on workplace, with on-the-job and classroom training.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must work weekends, holidays, and off shifts.
• Ability to lift 15 to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness and ability to work at heights using ladders or lifts to access areas of the plant.
• Willingness and ability to work in extreme temperatures, humidity, and around hazardous or loud equipment and slippery surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload pallets and individual cases to and from trailers.
• Pick cases according to orders using required technology.
• Operate a forklift safely after completing provided training and obtaining certification.
• Load trailers using carts or stack cases on the floor of a truck trailer.
• Maintain general housekeeping and complete required sanitation tasks.
