About The Position

The Service Operations Warehouser prepares products such as Lay’s, Doritos, and Cheetos for delivery, helping keep the supply chain running. The role involves loading, moving, and preparing product in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

The schedule is Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday, beginning at 3:00 PM. The end time varies according to business needs. The position pays $23.89 per hour and is located in Shreveport, Louisiana. Training is provided through hands-on and classroom instruction; forklift operation requires completing training and obtaining certification.

Work takes place in an environment that may have extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous or loud equipment, and slippery surfaces. The work is active for most of the day and involves lifting, bending, and moving product.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Work weekends, holidays, and off shifts.
• Lift 15 to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Stand and walk for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be willing and able to work at heights using ladders or lifts to access plant areas.
• Be willing and able to work in an environment with extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous or loud equipment, and slippery surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload pallets and individual cases to and from trailers.
• Pick appropriate cases according to orders using required technology.
• Safely operate a forklift after completing training and obtaining certification.
• Load trailers using carts or stack cases on the floor of a truck trailer.
• Maintain general housekeeping and complete specific sanitation tasks as required.
