This role will oversee the dispatch function to ensure prioritization and execution of work while working with service sales, construction operations, field superintendents, and leadership to ensure seamless collaboration between the field sales and Operations Teams. The Service Operations Manager will also assist in ensuring regional service goals for financial metrics, customer satisfaction, customer retention, renewals, and consistent and effective service operation. This role provides the opportunity to work with both internal and external customers to provide exceptional customer service as well as working closely with corporate support to drive process improvements. Some local travel will be required.
