We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Service Operations Coordinator to join our team in Greenwood, South Carolina, United States. This is a full-time position, vital to ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our daily service operations. The successful candidate will be the central point of contact for our customers and technicians, playing a key role in upholding our commitment to exceptional service. This role offers an hourly rate of $27.00 - $34.00 USD.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a coordination, dispatch, or senior administrative role, ideally within a trade or service-based industry.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a clear focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Proficiency with computer systems, including MS Office, and the ability to quickly learn new software.
- A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in HVAC or plumbing is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule daily routes and service appointments for our HVAC and plumbing technicians in an efficient manner.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, scheduling services, and providing updates with a professional and friendly approach.
- Manage the service dispatch board to optimise technician productivity and ensure prompt responses to all client needs, including emergency support requests.
- Accurately create, process, and manage work orders, customer invoices, and service documentation.
- Maintain clear and effective communication between customers, service technicians, and the management team.
- Assist with parts ordering and inventory management to ensure technicians are well-equipped for their jobs.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and organisation of the service department.
