About The Position

KONE Americas is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to support their Richmond, VA, Baltimore, MD, Beltsville, MD, and Mechanicsburg, PA branches. This role will initially be 100% in-office during training, with a transition to a hybrid schedule, reporting to the closest 'home base' branch. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, can multitask, collaborate effectively across all organizational levels, and adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and a passion for quality, results, and safety culture are essential.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of progressive and successful customer service experience.
  • A High School education or equivalent.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Well Organized.
  • Customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized support to the Service Business tendered repair process.
  • Book secured Quoted Repair orders in SAP.
  • Initiate invoice downpayments.
  • Requisition parts.
  • Follow-up with customers.
  • Coordinate with Operations and customers to schedule planned repairs.
  • Interact with General Manager, Salespeople, Supervisors, and Technicians to increase tender repair revenues and customer communication.
  • Perform general office work and administrative tasks related to the ongoing service business of the branch.
  • Maintain Technician on-call Scheduler for overtime calls.
  • Maintain Scheduler Area Editor.
  • Monitor Dispatch Board.
  • Assist Service Supervisor by pulling Made Visit reports in Report Generator weekly.
  • Audit completeness and accuracy of KONECT Building Site notes.
  • Provide internal Technician support.
  • Manage Fleet Vehicles.
  • Assist with Invoice disputes.
  • Manage and order Office Supplies.
  • Perform reporting functions for Branch Staff Meetings.
  • Process utility invoices.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
