About The Position

The Service Operations Administrator supports daily business operations by managing label production and mailing workflows, updating and maintaining customer and equipment records, and processing ticket intake and setup. This role ensures operational tasks are completed accurately, on schedule, and in accordance with internal procedures and service requirements.

Requirements

  • Strong general administrative and clerical skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience handling high-volume document processing, label generation, and mailing workflows
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision once trained (they will be working more independently than on team projects but I wanted to keep the existing #6 unless you think it’s a contradiction)
  • Comfortable operating office printers, label printers, postage/mailing equipment; able to learn new systems quickly

Responsibilities

  • Generate, print, quality-check, and prepare customer labels for mailing
  • Manage mailing workflows including batching, packaging, and shipment coordination
  • Enter, update, and maintain customer, equipment, and service data across internal systems
  • Process bulk data uploads and perform accuracy checks
  • Receive, review, log, and set up tickets in internal platforms
  • Route tickets appropriately and monitor queues for timely processing
  • Communicate with internal teams regarding job status and operational matters
