Position Summary The Operations Administrator plays a critical role in supporting field operations by providing structured administrative oversight, system management, and process development. Reporting directly to the Director of Field Operations, this full-time, salaried position is based in the office five days per week. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), coordinating operational workflows, and supporting the implementation and training of construction management software platforms. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically proficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across departments are essential.
