Position Summary The Operations Administrator plays a critical role in supporting field operations by providing structured administrative oversight, system management, and process development. Reporting directly to the Director of Field Operations, this full-time, salaried position is based in the office five days per week. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), coordinating operational workflows, and supporting the implementation and training of construction management software platforms. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically proficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across departments are essential. Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the full Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working with construction management or design software such as Project Site and Rivet.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to create structured documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Construction industry experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Director of Field Operations and provide administrative and operational support to the field team.
  • Develop, document, and maintain company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize and improve operational processes.
  • Create and facilitate training materials and internal documentation for construction software platforms, including Project Site, Rivet, and other operational systems.
  • Manage and maintain the company’s Field Hub to ensure documentation, communication, and project data are organized and up to date.
  • Oversee startup boxes and project startup documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to field deployment.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite to track data, generate reports, and support operational decision-making.
  • Coordinate with project managers, field supervisors, and office staff to ensure smooth communication and workflow alignment.
  • Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and support scalable growth.
  • Maintain organized electronic files and operational records.
  • Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned to support field operations.
