Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive service management
- Technical knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostics
- Competency in automotive software platforms and ability to use them in daily operations
- Professional, warm demeanor with the ability to positively interact with guests and employees
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily service operations to ensure efficiency and excellence in customer satisfaction
- Find areas of opportunity for growth and work with the General Manager to execute plans
- Manage and mentor a skilled team of service technicians, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Interact with clients to address inquiries, provide updates, and ensure an exceptional experience
