About The Position

Vaden Automotive is hiring an experienced Service Manager to lead the Service Department within one of its dealership operations. The role offers the opportunity to drive department performance, profitability, and team development in a high-accountability environment, with long-term career growth at a family-owned dealership organization. The Service Manager works with dealership leadership to align fixed operations with store goals and helps maintain operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies.

Requirements

Proven experience in automotive fixed operations leadership, such as Service Manager, Fixed Ops Manager, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of service and parts operations in a dealership environment.
Ability to lead within a performance-driven, results-oriented culture.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Customer-focused mindset and commitment to operational excellence.
Valid driver's license and ability to meet dealership employment requirements.

Nice To Haves

Experience with dealership systems such as CDK and Xtime.
Three or more years of dealership and auto service management experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Service Department.
Drive profitability, efficiency, and overall departmental performance.
Lead, coach, and hold Service Advisors and Technicians accountable.
Monitor key performance indicators, including gross profit, effective labor rate, hours per RO, and CSI.
Ensure consistent execution of processes to maximize workflow and customer satisfaction.
Partner with dealership leadership to align fixed operations with overall store goals.
Analyze financial statements and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies.
