This position is responsible for assisting in the operations department. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties throughout the facility as assigned and or as necessary. The Service Manager will be responsible for managing and directing a group of workers, supervising, counseling, and mediating. They will also be responsible for persuading, convincing, influencing, and training others, as well as advising and interpreting policies, procedures, and standards to specific situations. The role involves explaining, demonstrating, and clarifying to others within well-established policies, procedures, and standards. The Service Manager will also be involved in revenue and staffing forecasting activities and developing a performance-based culture for continuous improvement and alignment with enterprise vision, mission, and objectives. This role drives employee engagement, training, and development in safety, quality, and productivity, and provides direct oversight for the field team, including supervisors and technicians. The Service Manager is also responsible for developing and managing the department budget and ensuring regulatory compliance across federal, state, and local agencies. They will ensure all quality and safety standards, specifications, and policies are met, drive continuous improvements, and collaborate with the team to drive efficiencies. Developing a culture of open dialogue, involvement, and accountability in employee and site safety is crucial.
