About The Position

Lead the launch of a brand-new Honda service department! We’re seeking an experienced Service Manager to build, develop, and lead a high-performing team from the ground up. This is a high-impact leadership role with growth opportunity in a modern facility with strong support from leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Service Manager or Fixed Ops leadership experience
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Proven track record of driving performance and results

Nice To Haves

  • Honda or import dealership experience
  • CDK or similar DMS experience
  • Strong understanding of fixed operations KPIs

Responsibilities

  • Lead all service department operations (staffing, production, profitability)
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention
  • Coach and develop Service Advisors and Technicians
  • Monitor KPIs (RO count, labor hours, efficiency, CSI, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer and company standards
  • Manage scheduling, workflow, and overall shop performance
