Camping World is seeking an Operations Manager for our growing team. This role is responsible for maximizing installation sales, installation fees, and service fees by ensuring quality, timely product installations and repairs. The Operations Manager will supervise daily Service Department activities, including shop personnel, and provide support with technical installations. They will also train employees on new products and safety procedures, monitor work schedules, customer feedback, technician productivity, and labor control reports. The role involves tracking monthly departmental results, reviewing the departmental budget with the Service Manager, and ensuring productivity standards are met. Additionally, the Operations Manager provides 'cradle to grave' customer service, may answer phones, and performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned, including potential cross-training.
