Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an automotive or truck repair environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and communicate repair needs clearly.
  • Must pass MVR check, DOT physical, drug screening, and background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage service intake, task delegation, processing, and job completion.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle/equipment issues and repair options.
  • Create accurate estimates and ensure all service requests are properly documented.
  • Obtain and update Purchase Orders (POs) and Repair Orders (ROs) with detailed descriptions.
  • Monitor the progress of all repairs and delegate tasks to appropriate technicians.
  • Review all service paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
  • Understand and apply warranty coverage guidelines.
  • Enforce all company purchasing programs and standards.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant work environment.
