About The Position

Mission Linen Supply has immediate opportunities for our Management Trainee in state-of-the-art operating plants in California and Arizona. Service Management Trainee will learn to provide leadership to a team of Drivers (Route Sales and Service Representatives - RSSRs), ensuring unsurpassed customer satisfaction and pushing the team to achieve operational goals. All candidates must be willing to relocate during or after training to manage their own team within the first 3 years of the career to qualify for the program. Management Trainee base salary is $70,000 - depending on experience. The starting salary is based on education, experience, other qualifications, and location of assignment. This program is to develop your skills in our industry and provide a well-structured understanding of the day-to-day life of our Managers. This program is designed to place high-potential managers on a thorough but fast track for future leadership opportunities as we continue to grow and build for the future at Mission. Requirements
