Assumes responsibility for all Business operations of the assigned offices including maintaining provider, patient and staffing schedules; coordinating and facilitating meetings; and ensuring staff is compliant with all regulatory and company policies and procedures. Monitors and evaluates monthly department expense reports, as well as financial, volume, Relative Value Unit (RVU), patient satisfaction, environment of care, quality assurance, and patient care monthly reports. Works with other SLBPs and Director to identify opportunities for improvement and develop/implement performance improvement initiatives.
