About The Position

Summerville Ford, part of Hudson Automotive Group, is seeking an Experienced Service Lane Manager to join their award-winning, high-volume service team. Hudson Automotive is a large and growing automotive dealer group in the Southeast U.S. focused on exceptional customer experience. This role is for an experienced Service Lane Manager with a history of success in developing and coaching high-performing service drive teams.

Requirements

• 3-5 Years of Previous Service Advisor experience is Required
• Ability to develop, coach and mentor Service Drive Staff.
• Proven experience delivering a strong customer experience.
• Ability to successfully guide customers throughout the service process.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software Experience.
• Maintain accountability of supervised staff.

Nice To Haves

• Previous Service Lane Management Experience Preferred
• CDK experience preferred

• Develop and mentor a top-performing service drive team.
• Deliver on goals while maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments and build great teams.
• Guide customers throughout the service process.
• Maintain accountability of supervised staff.
• Implement and follow a strong T.O. and CSI follow up process.
