About The Position
The Greeter is the first impression of our dealership and plays a critical role in creating an exceptional customer experience. This position is responsible for immediately acknowledging every guest, building rapport using a structured greeting process, identifying customer needs, and seamlessly connecting them with the appropriate team member.

- Ability to stand and move throughout the showroom for extended periods
Responsibilities
- Greet every customer within 10 seconds of arrival with energy, professionalism, and a genuine welcome
- Utilize a structured greeting approach (name exchange, reason for visit, rapport-building conversation)
- Quickly assess customer needs (sales, service, parts, etc.) and direct them appropriately
- Introduce customers to the correct associate and ensure a warm handoff (never point—always walk)
- Maintain awareness of traffic and ensure no customer is left unattended
- Support flow and communication between departments
- Keep the front area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
- Assist with basic administrative or customer support tasks as needed
- Uphold dealership standards for customer experience and professionalism
