About The Position

Summerville Ford, part of Hudson Automotive Group, is seeking an Experienced Service Lane Manager to join their award-winning, high-volume service team. Hudson Automotive Group is a large and rapidly growing automotive dealer group in the Southeast U.S., committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for an experienced Service Lane Manager with a history of success in developing and coaching high-performing service drive teams.

Requirements

• 3-5 Years of Previous Service Advisor experience is Required
• Ability to develop, coach and mentor Service Drive Staff.
• Proven experience delivering a strong customer experience.
• Ability to successfully guide customers throughout the service process.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software Experience.
• Maintain accountability of supervised staff.

Nice To Haves

• Previous Service Lane Management Experience Preferred
• CDK experience preferred
