Moran Chevrolet is specifically seeking a Service Lane Manager to oversee the Service Department Drive. This role involves maximizing department production, building and maintaining a loyal clientele, fostering good employee relationships, and achieving sales and profit objectives. The Service Lane Manager will collaborate with the Parts Manager, BDC Reps, Warranty Administrator, and the Service Director to meet these goals and will perform or assign service department responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Take ownership of customers’ experience by carrying out additional assignments, enabling the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
  • Manage Service Advisors
  • Manage the workflow of the service lane to maximize productivity and efficiency
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all service activities
  • Monitor and control work schedules
  • Monitor and analyze KPI's to identify areas of improvement
  • Quality check completed repair orders for accuracy and compliance with warranty/dealership requirements
  • Assist in achieving sales targets for the service department
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews with Service Advisors
