Summary: The Service Lace Attendant helps keep the service lane clear, answers phones, sets appointment and assist service advisors. Location: Bergey's Lincoln- Lansdale, PA Shift: Full Time

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Advises customers about necessary service for routine maintenance.
• Schedules service appointments.
• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information.
• Keeps service department forms, menus and pricing guides up-to-date.
• Handles telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in process.
• Keeps work area clean.
• Other tasks as assigned
