Service Lane Coordinator
About The Position
We’re looking for an energetic and reliable Service Lane Coordinator to support our busy service department. This role is key to creating a smooth, professional experience for our customers while keeping daily operations running efficiently. What You’ll Do Greet customers and direct vehicles in the service lane Assist with vehicle check-in and install seat covers/floor mats Safely move vehicles throughout the service area and lot Keep the service drive and parking areas clean and organized Support shuttle coordination and loaner vehicle tracking Assist with fueling, light cleaning, and seasonal snow removal Provide friendly, helpful service to every guest What We’re Looking For Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Complete a pre-employment drug screen Ability to drive automatic (manual preferred) Strong attention to detail and organization Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Kocourek Automotive is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate in hiring or employment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other basis prohibited by federal, state, or local law.
Requirements
