About The Position
We’re looking for an energetic and reliable Service Lane Coordinator to support our busy service department. This role is key to creating a smooth, professional experience for our customers while keeping daily operations running efficiently.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Complete a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to drive automatic (manual preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and direct vehicles in the service lane
- Assist with vehicle check-in and install seat covers/floor mats
- Safely move vehicles throughout the service area and lot
- Keep the service drive and parking areas clean and organized
- Support shuttle coordination and loaner vehicle tracking
- Assist with fueling, light cleaning, and seasonal snow removal
- Provide friendly, helpful service to every guest
