About The Position

Summerville Ford, part of Hudson Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced Ford Mobile Service Lane Manager to join their award-winning, high-volume service team. Hudson Automotive is a large and growing automotive dealer group in the Southeast U.S. focused on customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in developing, coaching, and leading high-performing service drive teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering a strong customer experience.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software Experience.

Nice To Haves

  • 3-5 Years of Previous Service Advisor experience is Preferred
  • Previous Service Lane Management Experience Preferred
  • CDK experience preferred
