Requirements

Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and problem-solving skills
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Ability to efficiently manage workload in a fast-paced environment
MUST have a clean valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer specifications
Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, drivability concerns, brakes, steering, suspension, HVAC systems, and electrical systems
Utilize diagnostic equipment and service information to identify and resolve vehicle concerns
Perform warranty repairs according to Ford standards and procedures
Conduct inspections and identify additional maintenance or repair needs
Test-drive vehicles and verify completed repairs
Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently
Communicate repair recommendations and timelines with service advisors
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety guidelines
