Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of automotive repair experience (required).
- PA State Inspection License (required).
- PA Emissions Inspection License (required).
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, physical exam, and motor vehicle record check.
Nice To Haves
- Previous Ford dealership experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, inspect, and perform vehicle repairs efficiently and accurately.
- Recommend necessary repairs and maintenance to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.
- Follow Ford and manufacturer repair procedures and standards.
- Maintain accurate repair documentation.
- Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work collaboratively with the service team to provide an outstanding customer experience.
