Requirements

  • Attention to Detail — Ensures vehicles are staged correctly and placed in proper locations.
  • Time Management — Keeps vehicles flowing through inspection and repair processes without delays.
  • Communication — Coordinates with inspectors, technicians, and the Arbitration Manager.
  • Spatial Awareness — Safely maneuvers vehicles and maintains organized work areas.
  • Reliability — Consistently supports daily arbitration operations and follows direction from the Arbitration Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the Arbitration Manager in coordinating, organizing, and moving vehicles through the inspection and repair workflow.
  • Ensures vehicles are staged, prepared, and parked efficiently to keep arbitration operations running smoothly.
  • Works directly with the Arbitration Manager to identify vehicles needing inspection or repair and ensures they are moved through the process in the correct order.
  • Lines up vehicles for inspectors, pulls vehicles forward as needed, and prepares them for inspection (including positioning, accessibility, and readiness).
  • Maintains organization of the G Building, ensuring vehicles, equipment, and workspaces are orderly and functional.
  • Parks vehicles in designated locations once inspections or repairs are complete, ensuring proper documentation and placement.
  • Assists arbitration operations by keeping vehicle movement efficient, reducing bottlenecks, and maintaining clear communication with inspectors and the Arbitration Manager.
