About The Position
Germain Audi/Porsche Louisville Service Lane Concierge Louisville, KY Full-Time Monday through Friday $18-$20 per hour based on experience At Germain, our mission is to attract, develop and retain exceptional people to deliver an outstanding experience that creates loyalty beyond reason, one customer at a time. As a Service Lane Concierge , you are the essential link between our valued customers and the service department, ensuring every interaction is seamless and professional. This role is pivotal in coordinating appointments, managing customer communications, and delivering an exceptional service experience aligned with the luxury standards of Audi and Porsche.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive service coordination or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency with computer systems and appointment scheduling software.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer concerns diplomatically.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the service lane with professionalism and courtesy.
- Communicate service status updates to customers in a timely and clear manner.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests and customer information.
- Collaborate with service technicians and advisors to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Assist in managing service lane workflow to reduce wait times and improve customer satisfaction.
