About The Position
The Service Concierge is responsible for greeting guests, supporting the service team with communication, scheduling appointments, and coordinating logistics such as rental cars and shuttle rides to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license (clean record).
- Ability to work outside in all weather (hot, cold, rain—we hustle year-round).

Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all incoming guests to the dealership or service center.
- Assist the Service Team by professionally answering and routing incoming phone calls.
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments accurately.
- Manage rental car arrangements and coordinate customer shuttle rides to ensure a seamless guest experience.
