About The Position
Nielsen Ford of Sussex is seeking a Service Attendant to join their team. The role involves maintaining the cleanliness of the shop and service drive lane to ensure a safe work environment. The attendant will assist Service Advisors with customer processing, retrieve customer vehicles, and support daily tasks to enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, the position requires providing shuttle service to customers when needed and performing other minor duties around the service drive and shop.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for cleanliness of shop and service drive lane to help keep a safe work environment.
- Assist Service advisors with processing of customers in service drive.
- Retrieve customer vehicles when customer is picking up.
- Assist service advisors with their daily tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Shuttle service customers when necessary.
- Other small duties around service drive and shop.
