Service Lane Porter/Attendant
About The Position
Franklin Sussex Hyundai is looking for a Service Porter to join the team! The Service Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the shop and service drive lane to help ensure a safe work environment. This role involves assisting Service Advisors with the processing of customers in the service drive, retrieving customer vehicles when they are picking up, and generally assisting service advisors with their daily tasks to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Service Porter will provide shuttle service to customers when necessary and perform other small duties around the service drive and shop.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for cleanliness of shop and service drive lane to help keep a safe work environment.
- Assist Service advisors with processing of customers in service drive.
- Retrieve customer vehicles when customer is picking up.
- Assist service advisors with their daily tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Shuttle service customers when necessary.
- Other small duties around service drive and shop.
