The Service Lane Assistant supports a smooth, organized service drive by helping customers get connected quickly and ensuring front-end processes stay on track. This entry-level, full-time onsite role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, can manage multiple priorities, and is comfortable using basic computer tools. Your morning begins in the service department, where you’re the first point of contact for arriving guests. You’ll keep the flow moving by helping people get oriented, answering quick questions, and handling the details that help the lane stay efficient. Midday may include coordinating transportation needs, completing forms, and checking that loaner and customer vehicles are presentable. In the afternoon, you’ll shift focus to the service call center—responding to incoming calls and helping provide clear updates so customers know where things stand. Throughout the day, you’ll balance walk-in needs with phone activity and assist with additional tasks as priorities change.
