Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–3 months related experience/training preferred
- Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
- Strong time management skills
Responsibilities
- Providing prompt, courteous customer assistance at the service department entry point
- Directing customers to the appropriate service team member and supporting service-lane workflow
- Coordinating loaner vehicle logistics and completing required customer paperwork
- Supporting transportation needs and maintaining cleanliness standards for loaners and customer vehicles
- Assisting with inbound calls and customer status updates as needed
- Responding to incoming calls and helping provide clear updates so customers know where things stand.
