Requirements
- Must be enrolled in or attending an approved Heavy Equipment Service, Diesel Technology, or technical service program recognized by RDO Equipment Co.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Solid attendance record.
- Gain experience using mechanical tools while learning on the job in a supportive environment.
- Strong computer skills.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid work authorization and ability to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment.
- Assist with diagnostics and troubleshooting of equipment issues.
- Learn to use advanced tools and technology in the shop.
- Document machine details and repair work on service orders, including parts and fluids used.
- Keep the workspace clean and organized.
- Show care for the tools and machines being used.
