About The Position

As an AYF Parts Intern, you’ll manage parts inventory, assist customers and technicians with orders, and learn dealership operations and logistics. You’ll also use technology to track and fulfill orders, making an impact while building your future. This is a paid internship employment at a sponsoring store while attending college. The program sets you up for success with potential for full-time employment upon graduation and up to $7,000 in financial incentives. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Explore dealership operations: Rotate through departments to understand daily workflows and the value of teamwork.
• Support the parts department: Assist with customer service, marketing, stocking, and delivery of parts and accessories to ensure internal and external customers have what they need to run their operations smoothly.
• Be a proactive learner: Participate in training, meetings, and customer engagement initiatives while demonstrating a strong willingness to grow and contribute.
• Represent RDO with pride: Maintain a professional image, following safety protocols and supporting a positive team environment.
