Requirements

Plumber who is committed, motivated, energetic, and reliable
Trade qualification in Plumbing and Gas Servicing
Additional restricted Electrical license or Trade qualification in Refrigeration
Current driver's license
Comfortable use of electronic communication/information devices

Responsibilities

Respond to all allocated after sales calls with a professional, pleasant, outgoing manner, mindful at all times of the importance of our customer
Ensure our products are installed and operate within the design specifications and relevant standards
Evaluate and rectify the appliance problem efficiently and accurately and or install and commission an appliance in accordance with the quotation
Maintain knowledge and attend Rheem training across the full product range include Rheem, Vulcan, Raypak, Edwards and Solahart
Act in a manner conducive to good health and safety of him or her and general public
