Service & Field Support Specialist - Mechanical Seals
About The Position
Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! This role analyzes technical information to provide adequate solutions for client's sealing needs, makes recommendations for seal types, materials, and sealing systems, and assists in the promotion, selling, and servicing of the company's products. The specialist prepares technical proposals, reviews purchase orders, and collaborates with planning/customer service and design staff for timely execution of quotations and orders. They also create or review drawings and product operation & maintenance manuals as needed, and act as a Project Manager for strategic customers/projects.

Responsibilities
