The Water Tech Analytical Instruments product line business has an opportunity for a Field Service Support Specialist in Boulder, CO. The Support Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the Aftermarket field service team. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks and maintaining departmental systems. Responsibilities include processing on-site service agreements, purchase orders, work orders, service billing, generating service quotes, entering data into our CRM and ERP systems, and providing overall assistance to field service operations and customer support. This position will also provide direct administrative support to customers, Field Service Engineers, Field Service Managers, as well as Sales and Factory Service teams when necessary. Furthermore, the Support Specialist will collaborate with the Service Team to enhance business processes, conduct business analysis reporting, and offer support for various departmental systems. This is a hybrid position, requiring office presence in Boulder, CO, with the flexibility to work remotely when appropriate and scheduled. The first three (3) months will be fully in the office. Hybrid three (3) days per week will be determined with the supervisor thereafter.
