About The Position

This role involves analyzing technical information to provide solutions for client sealing needs, recommending seal types, materials, and systems. The specialist will also assist in promoting and selling the company's products, preparing technical proposals, reviewing purchase orders, and collaborating with planning, customer service, and design staff for quotations and order execution. Additionally, the role may involve creating drawings and product operation/maintenance manuals, and acting as a Project Manager for strategic customers/projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes technical information for the purpose of providing adequate solutions to the client’s sealing needs
• Makes recommendations for seal types, materials and sealing systems
• Assists in the promotion, selling and servicing of the company's products
• Prepares technical proposals, reviews purchase orders, and works closely with the planning/customer service and design staff for the timely execution of quotations and order
• Makes and/or reviews drawings and product operation & maintenance manuals when needed
• Project Manager for strategic customers/projects
