Service Engineer II IS - Hybrid

Service Engineers work in partnership with developers, testers, and program managers, typically early in the development process to design, operate, grow, and improve large-scale, computer-based services offered to IS, non-IS and clinical caregivers. Their technical skills are on par with their Development, Test, and Program Management counterparts. Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent education/experience.
- 2 years of related experience
- Experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes.
- Experience with n-tier solutions.
- Experience with resilience modeling (failure mode analysis) and ability to simulate service outages for point solutions (automated) and platforms (manually).
- 2-5 years of related experience.
- Experience in a Healthcare environment.
