Requirements

Extensive, hands-on experience in CNC or industrial machine repair and installation.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
A commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently in demanding environments.
Willingness to travel 80% of the time or more.
Ability to adapt to varying work schedules.
Must be a United States citizen.
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.

Responsibilities

Install and repair advanced CNC machinery at federal facilities.
Diagnose and resolve complex CNC system malfunctions, including controls, drives, and mechanical systems.
Perform preventative maintenance and performance-enhancing adjustments.
Provide on-site support to government clients.
Build relationships with government clients.
Ensure advanced manufacturing capabilities are at the forefront of innovation and operational readiness.
