About The Position

The Service Electrician plays a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems within commercial and industrial environments. Requirements

• Valid electrician license or certification as required by local or state regulations.
• Proven experience in commercial and industrial electrical work, including conduit bending and wiring.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Physical capability to perform manual tasks such as bending conduit and pulling wire.
• Commercial and industrial electrical expertise, conduit bending, and pulling wire are essential for executing daily tasks that involve installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems.
• Proficiency in bending conduit and pipe bending ensures that wiring is routed safely and complies with code requirements, which is critical for system integrity and safety.
• Skills in working with switchgear and industrial wiring enable the electrician to handle complex electrical panels and distribution systems effectively.
• These skills are applied daily to troubleshoot issues, perform installations, and conduct preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and repair of commercial and industrial electrical systems, including switchgear and industrial wiring.
• Bend and install conduit, including rigid conduit and pipe bending, to route electrical wiring safely and efficiently.
• Pull wire through conduit systems and ensure proper connections and terminations according to electrical codes.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to identify potential electrical issues before they impact operations.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand electrical requirements and provide expert recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any modifications made to electrical systems.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulatory standards to ensure a safe working environment.
