About The Position

Solar Service is a residential electrical service company specializing in solar, battery storage, and EV charging. The company is seeking experienced solar electricians to diagnose and repair residential solar systems, recommend upgrades and electrical improvements, and help homeowners explore battery storage, backup power, and EV charging. Electricians develop and present solutions directly to homeowners and can earn uncapped commissions when they sell a solution, even if another team completes the work. The company provides technical, sales, and customer service training along with field support to help electricians grow into trusted advisors and deliver quality service.

Requirements

Hands-on residential solar installation or service experience.
Understanding of residential solar electrical components and systems.
Strong electrical fundamentals.
Enjoys troubleshooting, problem-solving, and helping homeowners.
Professional communication and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ambitious, self-motivated, and excited to develop new skills.
Ability to work independently, safely access rooftops, and manage daily service calls.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities
