BMW of Pembroke Pines is looking for a Drive Technician to join the Holman Family!

Requirements

High School Diploma and/or one year of related auto experience, equivalent technical auto program.
Must have a valid driver’s license with a excellent driving record
Experience operating both standard shift and manual vehicles
Willingness to satisfy our background pre-employment requirements

Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining vehicle lot to ensure organization for service, as well as monitoring workflow to ensure cars are efficiently moving within and out of the shop for repairs and customer delivery.
Move and relocate cars and ensure that all vehicles contain full tanks of fuel, may assist with oil changes and tire rotations, emptying oil buckets, collecting large parts and batteries from the shop.
Verifies receipt of and performs a damage inspection
Provide assistance to the workshop by completing tasks defined by the trainer/team leader or Shop Foreman, keeping the snacks/sodas/coffee stocked.
Must be able to work with due diligence to complete the designated tasks and vehicular repair so as to avoid additional damage to the customer’s vehicle.
Able to follow all rules of the road and posted speed limits while driving customer and dealership owned vehicles while on road tests.
