About The Position
Northsound Refrigeration is looking for a Service Dispatcher to join our team in Ferndale, WA. This is a full-time, in-person position located at our Ferndale office – 6188 Portal Way, Ferndale, WA 98248. Hours are Mon-Fri 7:30AM-4PM with a dispatch rotation that includes after-hours and weekends. The pay range is $18.00-$25.00 per hour.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a related field
- Knowledge of dispatch systems or logistics
- Demonstrates the ability to work as a team
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
- Fast data entry
- Experience working with Microsoft Office programs
- Strong active listening and communication skills
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Establish courteous and professional relationships with all customers, vendors, manufacturers and co-workers.
- Demonstrate the ability to dispatch calls in an organized customer centered approach.
- Manages all calls and updates with our service partners and clients.
- Updates all actions regarding managed service calls routinely throughout the shift.
- Maintain up-to-date records of parts and job status on dispatch boards.
- Follows all company credit procedures for billing and COD calls.
- Follows all manufacturer authorization procedures prior to work being done.
