Requirements
- Dependable, organized, and able to stay calm under pressure
- 1+ years of dispatch or scheduling experience
- Experience in home services or a fast-paced office environment preferred
- ServiceTitan experience is a major plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Commitment to creating an outstanding customer experience

Responsibilities
- Scheduling and routing service technicians efficiently throughout the day
- Monitoring technician progress and adjusting schedules as needed
- Communicating appointment updates, delays, and timelines to customers
- Coordinating with customer service and field teams to ensure smooth operations
- Gathering important job details so technicians arrive fully prepared
- Following up with customers to confirm appointments and provide support
- Assisting with incoming calls during high-volume periods
- Scheduling and managing prepaid maintenance appointments
