• Strong Computer Skills: Proficient in using CRM systems and other computer applications.
• Time Management: Excellent at juggling multiple tasks and ensuring they’re completed efficiently.
• Customer Service: A natural at making customers feel valued and ensuring their needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Manage service calls and dispatch technicians to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Utilize strong understanding of local geography and traffic flow to optimize service routes.
• Ensure an 80% sit rate for service technicians by effectively scheduling and managing their daily tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service, keeping customers informed and satisfied.
• Use logistics knowledge to keep operations running smoothly.
• Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate records of all service calls and technician assignments.
• Handle time management with precision, ensuring all service calls are addressed in a timely manner.
• Work closely with the service team, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
