Automotive Service Director - San Antonio, TX

About The Position

A high-volume CDJR store in San Antonio is hiring a Service Director. This is a truck market — Ram, Cummins diesel, and commercial work make up a serious share of the shop's hours — and the store needs a leader who can run a productive drive and a clean warranty book at the same time. The right person is not just a good operator. They're someone Stellantis already knows and trusts.

Requirements

  • A reputation with warranty. You can point to specifics: high first-pass approval rates, minimal chargebacks, clean audit results, and story-writing and documentation standards you built and enforced. You've been through a factory warranty audit and come out the other side without a surprise.
  • A real relationship with the manufacturer. Working relationships with your District Service Manager, Technical Advisors, and warranty representatives — the kind of credibility that gets a policy decision or a goodwill approval when a customer genuinely deserves one.
  • CDJR fluency. DealerCONNECT, STAR case handling, CAIR resolution, Mopar programs and Mopar Vehicle Protection, and current Stellantis service performance requirements.
  • Proven leadership. Service Director or Service Manager experience at a CDJR or Stellantis franchise, in a store with volume comparable to this one. Technicians want to work for you, and advisors hit their numbers without burning customers.
  • Truck and diesel depth. Comfort with Ram, Cummins, and heavy commercial or fleet work.
