About The Position

Service desk analyst at IT support center. Working on internal end-user ticketing support. Works closely with service desk supervisors and other team members, as well as the EUC team. Has to be okay with constant over the phone support and a timed ticketing system. There is a long training portion where you have to take tests to move out of training.
